Human Relations Consulting Recruitment - one of the biggest HR companies in Bulgaria is looking for AP/AR Associate with French or German for its client - American Company provides financial and accounting services in US, India and Europe.
AP/AR Associate with French or German /D_APAR/
Our client:
• Was established in 2002;
• Is a leading outsourcing company;
• Is seeking strong company growth and would like to extend its team in the Bulgarian office;
• Has been on the Bulgarian market since August 2006.
Your Role:
You will mostly perform all aspects of the accounts payable/receivable functions following company procedures and processes.
Required Skills:
• Obtained university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
• Having a good understanding of accounting or economics;
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
• Expert level of French or German language;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
• Strong motivation and result orientated outlook.
Your responsibilities:
• Receiving requests of company’s client related to the accounting process;
• Cash collection and allocation;
• Processing accounts payable invoices in accordance with company’s policy;
• Reconciliation and investigation;
• Ensure that all Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable invoices, credits and statements are dispatched;
• Accurately entering invoices into the accounting system;
• Supporting company’s clients with creating their on-line profiles.
