Senior Associate at Accounts Payable Department /D_SA/
Our client:
• Was established in 2002;
• Is a leading outsourcing company;
• Is seeking strong company growth and would like to extend its team in the Bulgarian office;
• Has been on the Bulgarian market since August 2006.
Your Role:
You will be involved in performing all aspects of the accounts payable/receivable functions following company procedures and processes.
Required Skills:
• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting;
• 1-3 years experience in collections/cash management or credit analysis;
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
• Medium level in German language is required;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• Ability to read D&B reports and to adapt to internal accounting requirements;
• Strong motivation and result orientated outlook.
Your responsibilities:
• Managing cash flow based on priority of outstanding payables;
• Participating in process design and process improvements;
• Prioritizing collection strategy based on the debtor’s report;
• Preparing reports for accounts payable and receivable of company's clients;
• KPI reporting;
• Reviewing D&B reports.
